S.A.M terms of service:

By using S.A.M (Skyks Auto-Moderation), you agree to comply with these terms of service. Failure to do so may result in your server's access to the bot being restricted or revoked.

As a user, you agree not to use the bot for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorised purposes. This includes attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineering the system, or deliberately overloading the bot to cause disruption.

Skyks (the bot owner) is not liable for any damages or issues arising from your use of S.A.M. This includes, but is not limited to, expected or unexpected downtime, data loss, moderation errors (such as false positives or negatives), or the temporary or permanent removal of specific features.

Regarding the purchase of credits: I understand that by topping up my balance, the funds will be immediately available for use and the service begins right away. I expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the top-up is completed, as the service has been fully performed. All credit purchases are strictly non-refundable and chargebacks will result in immediate termination of service.

Skyks reserves the right to terminate your access to the bot at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from using our services at any time to protect our business interests or the integrity of the platform.
