By using the Skyks Utility Bot, you agree to comply with these terms of service. Failure to do so may result in your access to the bot being restricted or revoked.

As a user, you agree not to use the bot for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorised purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming commands, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, or harassing other users.

Skyks (the bot owner) reserves the right to terminate your access to the bot at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes the use of administrative commands to ban users. Banning a user prevents them from using any of the bot's features permanently.

Commands that grant supporter status (e.g., /fw and /kofi) require you to provide a valid order or transaction ID and the associated email. Information you provide that matches a valid order or transaction ID is stored as proof you claimed the role, but cannot be linked to your user ID.

Certain performance heavy tasks may be given an automated cooldown for users who aren't registered supporters. Although supporters are not subject to the cooldown, unnecessary command spam remains a forbidden action and may result in a ban if detected.
